Deposit

When booking online, or in salon, you will be required to either leave a deposit, or have a credit card on file. Your deposit will be 25% of your service, and will applied towards your total on the day of your appointment.

Late Cancellation/REschedule

We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you do so with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so, or missing your appointment entirely, will result in loss of deposit, or a 25% late-cancel fee. If you reschedule with 48 hours notice, you will be able to apply your deposit towards the rescheduled appointment, and will not lose it.

Please be on time

We do our best to ensure that we are ready for you at the start of your appointment, and we ask that you please do the same. If you are going to be running late, please let your stylist know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your appointment may be canceled.
